DimeLika Plast’s product portfolio includes plastic compounds based on engineering plastics and high-performance plastics, as well as precision plastic finished products based on high-performance plastics. DimeLika Plast purchases its products from well-known manufacturers or has them produced on the basis of its own formulations by certified contract manufacturers.
Thanks to our comprehensive technical expertise in engineering plastics and high-performance plastics, their modifications and processing, we are able to successfully implement our customers’ product ideas.
Our knowledge of the procurement markets enables us to use cost-effective raw materials. In this way, we achieve optimum raw material/formulation costs that help our customers to be more competitive.

Application technology
In an optimal development process, the material selection must be made at an early stage. All requirement criteria must be taken into account when determining the polymer in the appropriate modification form.

Test laboratory
DimeLika Plast works on the basis of internationally recognized QM standards.
We have the mechanical and chemical properties of the product determined by accredited plastics testing laboratories. These laboratories have extensive testing facilities for developing new products and supporting our customers’ application and development projects.
We also have permanent access to the testing laboratories of our raw material partners. The tests are generally carried out in accordance with internationally recognized standards (DIN, EN, ISO or IEC) or in accordance with the customer’s technical specifications.
The test results obtained make it possible to assess processing conditions, material properties and performance parameters.
Logistics
To ensure just-in-time delivery for our customers at all times, we work with reputable logistics partners who are able to offer our customers customized logistics solutions – from silo deliveries to the smallest quantities.
In the interests of our customers, we expect our partners to provide an optimum level of service, short response times and cost-efficient delivery.
We thus offer our customers the opportunity to reduce their stock levels and thus the capital tied up in raw materials to a minimum.
